I made a sour cream apple tart which is a beloved classic apple tart made extra soft and creamy and ideally complements the flavour of baked apples. The recipe is simple and easy to follow, and the tart turned out tender, delicate and extremely delicious.

  • Eggs – 3
  • Sugar – 150 to 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp

Method is explained and illustrated below. Enjoy!
