I made this coffee and strawberry parfait, which was very quick and easy, and turned out incredibly delicious 🙂
- Instant coffee – 4 tbsp
- Milk – 20 ml
- Condensed milk – 100 g
- Double cream – 400 ml
- Icing sugar – about 3 tbsp (to your taste)
- Strawberries – about 200 g (optional)
- Cooking chocolate – about 30 g (optional, for decoration)
Method is explained step-by-step and illustrated below. Enjoy!
Chop the strawberries into small pieces.
Place instant coffee into the bowl…
… add milk…
… and stir it in with a spatula.
Add condensed milk…
… and stir it in.
Into a whisking bowl, place the cream…
… and whisk it…
… until you get soft peaks.
Add the coffee and milk mixture…
… and whisk it in.
Add the icing sugar…
… and whisk it in.
This is what your final cream would look like.
Add the chopped strawberries…
… and mix them into the cream with a spatula.
You may present the final dessert the way you want. It’s also perfect to be used as cream filing for the cakes and cupcakes. I took 2 rectangular trays…
… covered them with cling film, leaving some extra at the sides…
… and filled them in with the cream.
The dessert should be covered with cling film and left in the fridge for at least 4 to 5 hours (best to leave it overnight).
Next morning, I turned the tray upside down, put the dessert in a dish and removed the cling film.

I melted some cooking chocolate, placed it into a small piping bag and decorated the dessert. I also used some strawberries to decorate it. You can decorate it in any other way you want.

And it’s incredibly delicious! 🙂

You’ve written something that not only informs, but also inspires a sense of wonder and possibility.
Thanks very much for your feedback. I hope you find a recipe you would like to try.
This parfait sounds absolutely delightful! I love how simple yet creative it is, especially with the melted chocolate and strawberries. The idea of using a piping bag for decoration is genius—it adds such a professional touch. I’m curious, what type of chocolate did you use? Dark, milk, or something else? Also, do you think this recipe would work with other fruits, like raspberries or bananas? I’m definitely inspired to try this out, but I wonder if it’s possible to make it ahead of time or if it’s best served fresh. What’s your take on that?
Nice share!
